Dortmund-born With Borussia Dortmund, Jürgen Schütz started his professional career in 1959. In his first stint with Dortmund, Schütz scored 98 goals in 114 games. After winning the Bundesliga in 1963, he played for Roma, Messina, Torino, and Brescia. After playing for 1860 Munich in 1968, Jürgen Schütz joined Dortmund again in 1969. He scored 26 goals in 73 appearances throughout his final three seasons, which ended in 1972. In 213 games in all competitions, he scored 143 goals for Dortmund.
6. Lothar Emmerich – 148 goals
From 1956 to 1969, Lothar Emmerich was a member of the Borussia Dortmund team. He was a gifted forward who had cannon-like goal-scoring ability. 4. Manfred Burgsmüller – 158 goals
For Borussia Dortmund, Manfred Burgsmüller played football from 1976 to 1983 and then again from 1986 until 1990.
