Marcel Sabitzer, a midfielder with RB Leipzig, is due to leave the club during the summer transfer window. Liverpool, Manchester United, and Tottenham are all interested in signing the 27-year-old Austrian.
According to GGFN, citing Bild, the player has already told Leipzig’s management that he wishes to leave in the summer. The new contract of the midfielder with the German club expires in the summer of 2022.
If Sabitzer does not sign a new contract with Leipzig, the club will be forced to sell him this summer or next winter to save him from leaving for free.
This season, the Leipzig captain has featured in 21 Bundesliga games, scoring six goals and assisting on two others.
