Southampton has hosted Manchester City on its field as part of the EPL’s 33rd round.

Alexander Zinchenko turned up in the guests’ starting line-up. A 23-year-old football player lost the ball in the 16th minute of the game, whereupon the competitor easily scored a goal.

Zinchenko apologized for his mistake which resulted in the loss of Citizens.

Ukrainian wrote on his Instagram page: I apologize to the entire squad and supporters at Manchester City. Such errors are unacceptable.

Zinchenko played 15 matches in the EPL this season and did not feature in successful acts.
