Ariyo Igbayilola, Victor Osimhen ‘s lawyer, has insisted the Lille striker will not join Tottenham unless Harry Kane leaves the club.
After a splendid 2019-20 campaign at Stade Pierre Mauroy, Osimhen has emerged as one of the hottest assets in European football.
Last summer, the 21-year-old joined Lille from Belgian outfit Charleroi, contributing 18 goals and six assists in all competitions to the cause of Lille.
A whole host of top clubs, including Spurs and Liverpool, are reportedly lined up to try and sign the Nigeria international when the transfer market reopens.

Igbayilola has reported that Lilywhite manager Jose Mourinho is in contact to negotiate the availability of Osimhen, but says the involvement of Harry Kane is likely to scupper any possible contract.
The representative for the Lille star told The Cable: “We asked Mourinho that if he wanted Victor, would Harry Kane leave?.
After admitting back in March that he would not hesitate to leave Tottenham to fulfill his silverware ambitions in the future, Kane also had a strong connection with a summer transfer.
Manchester United was mooted as a possible landing spot for the England international but this month he was training with the rest of Mourinho’s squad ahead of the return of the Premier League.
Top-flight officials decided earlier this week on a resumption date of 17 June, with the coronavirus-enforced break in the season finally scheduled to end.
Following surgery on a hamstring injury that he suffered back in January, Kane benefited from the time of self-isolation as he worked his way back to full fitness.
Spurs will have to embark on a good run to return to the top four when the action kicks off again, having fallen to the eighth in the standings until playing on March 13 was halted.
