Current attacker Inter and Barcelona, Luis Suarez, suggests that Lautaro Martinez will stay with the Serie A giant.
Barca is reportedly chasing Martinez, 22, after scoring 16 goals in 31 games this season for Inter.
During his playing career the 1960 Ballon d’Or winner, Suarez went in the opposite direction, leaving Barca for Inter in 1961.
The former Spain international said he would remain at San Siro if he were in the place of Martinez. It is very difficult to decide whether to stay or not unless Messi called him. He added that he was talking about a boy who is still very young and has plenty of time to decide and face the challenges of the future.

Let us see what Suarez spoke to La Gazzetta Dello Sports:
On Wednesday, Saurez told La Gazzetta Dello Sports that, “If I were him I wouldn’t be changing teams. It’s very complicated to decide whether to stay or not, even if [Lionel] Messi called him then it would be easy to think about it. We ‘re talking about a boy, though, who’s still very young, and he’s got all the time in the world to get into other challenges in the future.”
Martinez was able to meet Messi in Barcelona, with the pair competing for Argentina side by side. But, if he were to leave Inter, Suarez reminded Martinez exactly where he should stand.
Saurez revealed that Martinez has less popularity in Spain than in Inter and advised Lautaro to stay where he is.
He ended his conversation by saying: “I want to offer some advice to [Lautaro]-stay where you are.”
