Andy Robertson is “a nature freak,” says Danny Rose, finding the Liverpool star to be the best left-back player in European football.
A meteoric rise to fame has been experienced on the Anfield books by a Scotland international after Jurgen Klopp picked him up from Hull City in the summer of 2017 for just £ 8 million ($10 m).
In that contract, the incredible value was found, with Robertson establishing a dominant full-back partnership with Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The delivery of the 26-year-old from the flanks has made him a valuable tool in the armory of Liverpool, producing an outstanding haul of aids.
He’s also confident when pushed onto the back foot, with Rose admitting that a competitor in the Premier League now sets the pace in his chosen position.
The England international, who is currently taking a loan spell from Tottenham at Newcastle, told The Lockdown Tactics podcast: “Andy Robertson seems like a nature freak. I’m watching him play football and in every game, he’s offering the same effort. His level of consistency is incredibly strong and he’s just brilliant.”

Rose continued on the high-rated 22-year-old and said when they were on TV, he wanted to watch the Celtic games in the Champions League.
This season Trent Alexander-Arnold feels very sorry for Robertson because he has had some poor luck with injury.
Alexander highly rates the two of them but says Robertson is the best.
