Arsenal is currently seeing a swap deal where Barcelona will be given to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in exchange for Ousmane Dembele, and out-of-favor winger.
The future of Aubameyang remains a major concern for the Arsenal hierarchy – with the Gabon international contract set to expire next summer with no renewal in sight.
During a massive summer when Arsenal has to decide on the future of its club captain and top goalscorer, reports claim a sensational swap deal could be on the cards involving Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele.
Mundo Deportivo via TeamTalk reports that the injury-ravaged Dembele makes Barcelona ready to cut its losses. Dembele cost £ 100 million north in 2017 but has since failed to gain a starting role at the Nou Camp.

Mundo Deportivo says that both sides are desperate for their players to find a viable solution and a straight-swap contract is a reasonable alternative.
With the coronavirus pandemic in the summer window threatening to omit big-money moves, swap, and part-exchange deals are likely to become commonplace as clubs are forced to re-evaluate their transfer strategies.
Barcelona sought and retained a long-standing interest in Aubameyang in January during its striker crisis. Meanwhile, the Gunners have been watching Dembele for some time and the Catalan giants hail football head Raul Sanllehi. This sensational swap deal could be in the offing with the two clubs desperate to gain some value from difficult situations.
Nevertheless, in their pursuit of Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez, the Catalan giants are supposed to not give up, and Dembele is one of several first-team players that the La Liga side would be willing to unload to raise the funds required for Arsenal’s captain.
