Reports in France say Juventus had initiated talks with Mino Raiola to bring Paul Pogba back to Turin from Manchester United. The talks continue in earnest after months of flirtation, with the prospect of a comeback, according to le10sport.com.
Pogba has never concealed his love for Juve and in the summer of 2016 there has been an aura of regret about his €105 m move to Manchester United.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain do not seem in a position to settle for the midfielder, which puts Bianconeri in a better negotiating role.
Pogba will be an interesting addition to Maurizio Sarri ‘s squad with Miralem Pjanic on his way out and with Adrien Rabiot likely to follow.
The World Cup champion recently turned 27 and was also linked to the Series A return for Inter, where he and Antonio Conte were reunited.
To Juventus, Pogba has made 178 competitive appearances, including 34 goals and 40 assists.
