Paris Saint-Germain could be prepared to swap Marco Verratti with Miralem Pjanic, a Juventus midfielder, should Max Allegri take over the French capital.
Tuttosport claims that Allegri ‘s possible arrival could open up this summer for a sensational swap deal, as Pjanic seems set to leave the Allianz Stadion.
The 27-year-old Azzurri star Verratti, who has yet to play in Serie A, could set the path for a surprise return to Italy.
The newspaper claims that the former Bianconeri coach Allegri will want to bring Pjanic to the Parc des Princes and may sacrifice to make it happen to Italy international.
Eight years ago, Verratti left Pescara for PSG and has since become an integral part of the Ligue 1 giants, helping them to seven League crowns, four Coupe de France, and five Coupe de la Ligue.
In recent weeks Pjanic has been linked to a move to Barcelona but the Old Lady is calling for Arthur Melo in exchange and the Brazilian seems reluctant to cooperate.
