Mustafa Dogru has suggested that this summer, Liverpool is the only team that can sign the Leicester City Defender.
The 23-year-old filled the hole left by Harry Maguire in the heart of this year’s defense of the Foxes effectively, leading to a potential move to Manchester City.
Dogru claimed that Barcelona had shown a foreign interest in Turkey before, though Paris Saint-Germain could also be in the running for its trademark.

Nevertheless, Liverpool, which at the end of the season is supposed to be on the lookout for a new center, is viewed as the favorite to sign Soyuncu.
“Caglar will go play this summer for Barcelona,” Dogru told Spanish outlet AS.
“Barca was already looking to sign him while he was playing for Altinordu. We negotiated with them, and they put forward a proposal. But we think he should go to a team where he’s a permanent starting point for proper growth. Because of its economic circumstances, I think only Liverpool has the power to sign Caglar in the Premier League, but we must not ignore the French teams. PSG may be a surprise.”

Soyuncu, who started 38 times in all of this season’s competitions, has three more years on his contract with Leicester. The successes of Soyuncu have attracted the attention of City boss Pep Guardiola as well as Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.
But the former agent of Soyuncu, Mustafa Dogru, claims that Liverpool is the only Premier League club that could lure him away from Leicester.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been linked with adding another defender to his squad as he looks for Virgil van Dijk to find a long-term partner.
As for City, in the last two transfer windows, Guardiola decided not to sign a center-back, with the Spaniard gladly rely on defensive midfielder Fernandinho filling in as necessary.
