Juventus is believed to be exploring an offer for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi, but only if he is signed permanently by Paris Saint-Germain.
After falling out with Inter, Icardi spent the 2019-20 seasons on a PSG loan, scoring 12 goals in his league 1 period.
La Gazzetta Dello Sport says Juve is interested in bringing the 27-year-old promoted to Series A next season, but they do not want to deal with rivals of Inter. Juventus then wants PSG to take advantage of the £57 m chance to pick Icardi on a full-time basis, before negotiating terms for a possible trading deal with the French side.
The article suggests that Miralem Pjanic and Alex Sandro will be offered league 1 champions in exchange for Icardi, who has already emerged as Atletico Madrid’s target.
