There may be plenty of doubt in the football world right now, but one thing is obvious-Casemiro is still an important part of Real Madrid’s Zinedine Zidane.

Zinedine Zidane was thought to be able to rest Casemiro on Wednesday night but then the 27-year-old played the entire 5-0 thrashing of Leganes by Real Madrid. Practically every minute this season, the Brazilian has played including those for his country.
Yet Zidane proved that Casemiro is an untouchable member of his starting line-up as he started every match for Madrid this season and he wasn’t given a break-even with a comfortable lead on Wednesday!
In Zidane’s first spell as manager the Brazilian settled down in midfield and now he’s one of the squad’s most influential leaders.
Casemiro finished the game with more recoveries-12-on the field than anyone else.
Currently, Real Madrid has no plans to replace Casemiro shortly. Given the ongoing regularity of Casemiro in the Los Blancos, there has been some speculation regarding possible new arrivals.

It has been said in the past 12 months that club officials are interested in Paul Pogba, Eduardo Camavinga, and Donny van de Beek. However, Marca claims that none of the trios is considered a replacement for the Brazilian, who is expected to keep his place in the pitching core.
Casemiro is the outstanding leader of the midfield choices despite their respective club circumstances.
The 28-year-old has made 34 appearances at all levels this season, adding four goals and three assists. Casemiro has now been on his contract for just over three years with the Spanish giants.
